Purpose

These terms govern the use of hackgency.com: browsing the ranking, writing reviews, sending quote requests, creating an account and managing an agency profile.

By using the site, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.

Accounts and agency profiles

Creating an account is free. You commit to providing accurate information: company registration, legal data, projects and pricing. Any misleading profile can be unpublished without notice.

Claiming a profile requires proof that you represent the agency (an email on the website's domain or a supporting document). No ranking position can be bought.

Reviews

A review requires a proof of collaboration, never published, used for verification only. Fraudulent reviews, bought reviews or self-reviews written by the agency are removed and can lead to the profile being unpublished.

You remain responsible for the content of your reviews. Defamatory or illegal statements are removed and may be reported to the authorities.

Leads and matchmaking

Quote requests are passed on to the agencies you choose. Hackgency is not a party to any resulting contract and takes no commission.

Changes and termination

These terms may evolve; the online version prevails. You can delete your account at any time by writing to contact@hackceleration.com.
